Complete rules
Goal: Place all stars so every row, column, and outlined region contains the required number. Rules: - Every row must contain exactly the stated number of stars. - Every column must contain exactly the stated number of stars. - Every outlined region must contain exactly the stated number of stars. - Stars cannot touch horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. - The same required number of stars applies to each row, column, and region unless the puzzle states otherwise.
