Magnets

Fill each outlined 1×2 area with a magnet or leave it blank. A magnet contains one + pole and one − pole. Edge clues give the exact number of each pole in every row and column, and matching poles cannot touch horizontally or vertically.

Goal: Decide which outlined 1×2 areas contain magnets and orient each magnet correctly. Rules: - Each outlined pair is either blank or contains one + pole and one − pole. - Edge clues show the exact number of + and − poles in each row and column. - Two + poles cannot share an edge, and two − poles cannot share an edge. - Blank pairs contain neither pole.
